I am a first year data science masters student at Duke University. Before coming to Duke, I worked as a data analyst in Kakao, a Korean IT conglomerate providing services equivalent to Facebook, Yahoo! and Spotify. Prior to working at Kakao, I worked as an M&A analyst in a boutique investment bank in Korea for two years. My interest lies in building predictive models, deriving business insights from data and data visualization.
A few fun facts: I think pineapple pizza is the best pizza there is; I practiced writing with my left hand so I can be smarter by using both brains. After 15 years of practice, the only thing I can properly do with my left hand is to scratch my right hand; I was the first female to be elected as student president in international school in Singapore(!)
